Christmas Fundraising Campaign - EscapeNotify

As we all know, 2021 was a very successful year for the Escape Community. But where there is light, there is also shadow. We decided to start a charity campaign at the end of the year for Christmas.

Since we’ve already hosted a very successful donation campaign with 3655 euros raised last year, we sat down again & thought about where we can do good to other people again.

As you know the owners of escape (@atmo#0001 & me) are from Germany & we've decided to fulfill some of their wishes at the end of the year. Furthermore, we as the team are willed to support the regional associations and to be on the spot, where the donation arrives in the end. Therefore, we want to meet the people behind the projects after the successful campaign and hand over the donation personally. It was also very important to us that the money reaches the right people in the end, which is why we chose "smaller" organisations to make sure that the donations go directly to the people in need.

As our first project, we have chosen a children & youth hospice in Pforzheim, DE (near Stuttgart). Hospices are independent facilities with an independent care mandate that provide palliative nursing and palliative medical care for people with incurable diseases in their final phase of life. From personal experience we can say that it's partly unimaginable for us, what kind of wishes the children have and what a great impact every donation has.

Running with kids is an organization created since 1995 to help children with disabilities and impairments. Since 1995, countless charity runs have been organized to raise funds for these children. The main focus is on children who have experienced serious illnesses due to their fate or are handicapped by poverty.

I personally have been in contact with the association for several years and can therefore guarantee that the donations will benefit the affected children. Due to the pandemic, far fewer fundraising runs could be organized, which is why the donations are more sought after than ever.

At this point, everyone should reflect their past year & how big the opportunities were we had in our community of reselling.

Even a small donation can have a big impact.
