Christi Gage Hardy Cancer Fund

Christi was diagnosed with stage 3C colon cancer this past summer and had emergency surgery to remove her tumor. Her planned 1 to 2 hour surgery stretched over three grueling hours and morphed from robotic to manual as unfortunately her tumor had spread to include her small intestine as well as the colon. After recovery Christi underwent 6 months of intense chemotherapy which at the half way point, test seemed to indicate was working well. After the last treatment, scans were again done but these were not what we were hoping for and her fight continues. Christi is now heading to MD Anderson cancer center to have more test and be advised on possible trials and treatment options Moving forward.
 Christi is a fighter and has continued to work during her entire treatment. These past months have been a struggle to say the least and the corner she and loved ones hoped to be turning has evaporated. Your support is so appreciated and will help with medical expenses, travel, lodging, and so many more unexpected twist ahead.
