Chef Billy V Recovery Fund

This fundraiser is to assist Chef Billy Vasseur.  He was injured after falling from a ladder while trimming a tree in his backyard nearly 2 years ago.  He broke several ribs and suffered a open compound fracture of the fibula and tibia.  After 8 surgeries and multiple set backs, a decision was made that it would be necessary to amputate the leg below the knee.  The recovery and road ahead will be challenging, but Billy of course, has a positive outlook.  We are asking for help to allow him to recover an take care of his family with out the financial strain.   Also to help with the cost of the prosthetic build for his leg.  Anything you are able to contribute is greatly appreciated.  His surgery is scheduled for 6/13/22.  Please keep Billy and his family in your prayers.
UPDATE 6.13.22: Today is surgery day.  We will keep you posted on Billy's progress.
UPDATE: Billy is out of surgery and everything went well.  Now the healing begins, not only physically but emotionally.  Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers.  We will keep you update on the progress.  Thank you to everyone who has donated.  You are all SUPERSTARS!
