Help Kindergarten kids go to Chabot & Zoo
Tax deductible
Hi Families:
If, like me, you believe that education is also about providing out-of-the classroom experiences to our children, please help me raise funds for our Kindergarteners upcoming field trips to Chabot Space & Science Center & Oakland Zoo.
At Chabot Space and Science Center, our petits francophones will explore the 'Wacky Weather Workshop', self-guided exhibits, historic telescopes, live science demos, interactive floor activities, watch a planetarium show and spend time in the Project Create maker space .
We need to raise funds to cover the entry price and a bus to transport some of the children to and from Chabot Space & Science Center.
We need to raise funds to cover the entry price for Oakland Zoo trip as well. Zoo being close to school campus, all parents are requested to drop off their own kids to and from the Oakland Zoo on the day of the trip
So what is your donation worth?
- $ 34 represents both entry tickets to Chabot and Zoo ($ 15 represents 1 entry to Chabot & $19 represents 1 entry to Oakland Zoo)
- $ 28 represents 1 one seat on the bus to Chabot. We will be able to rent a bus if we have at least 40 x 28 contributions. (Please write your name and name of your child if they need a bus, to reserve a seat on the bus for Chabot, while contributing. Thank you!)
- $ 62 represents both entry tickets for each student to Chabot & Oakland Zoo and 1 seat on bus to Chabot Space and Science Center
We understand that not everybody can participate, so if you are able to donate a little extra, it will really help us our lower income families. After all, it is all about us joining this effort for our wonderful community.
Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us.
With gratitude,
Namrata Mohanty
(Avalyn's mom & KA Room parent)
