With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved grandmother, Belen B. Alvia, who peacefully left us at the age of 99. She was a cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, whose wisdom, kindness, and love touched the lives of all who knew her.

Lola Belen dedicated over 40 years of her life as a public school teacher, where she inspired generations of students in math, English, and social studies. Her passion for education and her belief in the power of learning left a lasting legacy in the hearts of her students and the community.
