Zac and Megan are adopting!
Since before we even met, Zac and I both wanted to grow our family through adoption and with some medical issues that make pregnancy particularly hard, we feel even stronger about our desires to adopt. We know that we would provide a loving and nurturing home to any child no matter how they came into our family.
Our Story:
Zac and I met in church in 2015. After only 3 months of dating, Zac convinced me to marry him. Come March 2016, we were sealed for time and all eternity in the Provo City Center Temple. Since being married we have experienced a few hardships, some expected, some not so expected. Some of those hardships include the death of both of my parents, temporary guardian to my younger brother Andy, a challenging pregnancy, and a move the week our daughter was born. During all this we also balanced work and schooling as we both worked towards our bachelor's degrees. I was able to graduate with a BS in Public Health in December 2019. Zac is still working towards he's degree in marriage and family studies but is getting very close. Currently Zac is working as a seminary teacher and hopes to get hired permanently after graduating.
In August 2018, our beautiful daughter, Sadie, was born and added a wonderful light to our lives. She has been such a blessing. She is the happiest baby I've ever met; she laughs at everything and socializes with everyone. One of her favorite games is hide and seek although she doesn't quite understand the concept that we can see her even if she can't see us. Sadie also loves to read. We love her dearly and know that all three of us would love and whole-heartedly welcome another child into our family.
We know that the process of adoption will be full of strong emotions on all sides.
We would greatly appreciate any contribution you could provide. Every little bit helps.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read through our story,
Megan and Zac
