Carol DiNonno’s Future Care
Our father, Lance DiNonno, was the sole
caregiver for our mom who suffers from severe
dementia. Although he had little in worldly goods, what he had was always available and shared with others.
As one example among so many, during his last
three years on earth, four students came and
went, using his home when the dorms were
closed or unavailable and he never asked
anything from them. While his generosity was a wonderful example, there are few resources to
provide for our mom’s continued care and in his absence she needs nursing staff as well as minor renovations to make her future residence safe
and handicap accessible. This is what our dad
would’ve wanted - her taken care of to the best
of our ability.
