Tuition Raised; Cant Access Student Info

Hello! My name is Baylin, a 20-year-old African American woman from the south side of Chicago, who now attends college in Ohio. After encountering one of the most difficult school years (emotionally, mentally, and financially) that I’ve experienced, I have decided to transfer to a university closer to home. This has proved to be a difficult task as
the policies for my current university are shady and harsh. For context, I have been paying my tuition out of pocket using money that I receive via Pell Grant. Unfortunately, my tuition has increased and I have been unable to cover the funds for the past school year. Because of this, my student account is currently locked, meaning that I am unable to register for classes, see my grades, receive a transcript, or use my student account in general (unless it is to pay the tuition). This has become a huge obstacle for me throughout my transferring process because I have been unable to give my new university the information that is needed for me to officially transfer. It would mean the world to me to receive a bit of help so that I can transfer and be closer to home.
