Camila's Transplant Fund

My sister Camila was only 23 months old when she was diagnosed with a cardiomyopathy that would require her to get a heart transplant operation. she eventually received her brand new heart and everything was fine. At 8 years old she was diagnosed with PTLD Lymphoma. As anybody else my family and I were shocked. she persevered and I am happy to announce that she is cancer free as of 2009. That was a joyful day for my family, but bad news came upon us again. Her donor heart was not functioning as well as the doctors hoped and in recent times she was in need of another heart transplant. With all the medication she was taking, her kidneys failed too.
        She was placed on a transplant list for both a heart and a kidney. As if someone was listening to our prayers both organs arrived and she was whisked away into the operating room. In a span of 2 days bother surgeries were a success. she is now recovering in the ICU, with a tube in her throat and on a ventilator. I have never asked for anyone's help, if this was up to me I would be taking on  this burden on my own and provide my family with the funds they need. My mother had to stop going to work so she can take care and be there for my sister. My dad and myself are the only ones working, but our jobs do not pay enough to cover us. These funds will greatly help by supporting my family with bills and necessary expenses. Any amount will help. I urge each and everyone of you to donate what you can.
