Caleb Fisher - Hodgkin Lymphoma

Just in case you are not aware, Jeff Fisher,  who is the Dispatch Manager at Pilot Flying J in the Plano, TX office, was given some news no parent wants to receive: in April 2019, his 15 year old son, Caleb, was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma.

Caleb is currently undergoing Chemo treatment at Cooks Children's Hospital in Fort Worth, TX, and is handling it like the strong young man he is.

As you might expect, Cancer can put a major burden on not just the individual but the entire family. We would like to ease that burden by raising funds to help a fellow team member cover many of the unexpected expenses. Things like overnight stays, parking fees, meals at the hospital, and travel expenses (tolls, gas, etc) all pile up and add to the already stressful situation they are in.

So, we are requesting funds as soon as possible to help with all aspects of his treatment and to help support his family as they travel on this terrible journey together.
