My name is Jessalyn smith, I am 19 and have worked hard since I was 15 to buy a small mobile home. I moved out at 17 to build a life for myself. I bought the mobile home on 9/2/25 and by 9/8/25 the house was on fire due to electrical complication. I was set to move in that day. I was at work when I received the call from the lot manager so I am not harmed. I work 40 hours a week as a dietary aid for a long term care facility out of Ocala. It is livable but I need an electrician. The whole kitchen is burned and the ceiling is destroyed the home already had damage but it was all cosmetic and I was just greatful to have a place I can call home. I’ve never asked for a handout because my family raised me to be a hard worker considering we were all homeless for on and off nine years of my childhood. Anything helps as I try to accommodate to this situation and rebuild my first home. All my earnings and savings went to this home and even though I never moved in I felt like I was meant to be here. Thank you for reading. Anything is appreciated
