Help save us from being homeless

To all of my friends, family, and anyone that cares to help an honest and hard working family with children that was devestated by the recession. My husband's name is Mark. He turned 60 years old this year. He and I have always worked hard and taken good care of our family. In 2008, when the recession began, He lost his job as an automotive financial director due to company closure. Over the next year, three more companies that he went to work for also closed. Due to the shortage of jobs and his age he spent 4 of the last 7 years unemployed without income, including the last full year. We have tried to survive on just my income, but it caused us to slowly drain our life savngs and burry ourselves in credit debt. After seven years of sporadic employment for Mark, we finally were broke and maxed on our credit by January of 2014. Since then, our home went into forclosure, and we had to make a reestablishment plan to catch up all of the arrears on our mortgage and pay our massive revolving debt of over $100k that was created by trying to outrun the recession.

This plan takes every last dime of  Suzanne's paycheck, leaving us almost nothing to buy food and necessities. We both need massive dental work, we can't renew our contact lens or glasses presriptions, buy clothing or shoes, and we eat the cheapest food there is. We can't put brakes in my car, we can't get haircuts, and the list gets more depressing.  All of the things that one takes for granted when times are good, we must do without. We need the funds to catch up our mortgage and free up some of her income until I finally secure a new job. No one wants to hire a 60 year old man. I spend all day every day searching, networking, and doing everything possible to find work. We are getting behind on this agreement, and the mortgage company is about to finalize the forclosure and evict us. PLEASE help us survive this devestating situation that we did not create and do not deserve. We have no where to go and no family here to help and literally will be living on the street without help. We make too much for government assistance, but every dime goes to our creditors to save us from massive lawsuits and homelessness. We are usually the ones helping others in this situation. Now the table is turned. PLEASE find it in your hearts to help us. ANYTHING AT ALL will be appreciated and help. You would be doing God's work. Thank You from our hearts.
