Kelly Ryan O'Neil, the young man who could saunter into a dimly lit room, then light it up in seconds with his standalone smile, was involved in a fatal accident, Wednesday, August 1st, 2018 at 24 years of age.
Kelly leaves behind loving grandparents, a devoted mother, a dedicated father, two brothers & three sisters, as well a plethora of friends.
