I’ve lost my job and, despite my best efforts, I’m struggling financially. But through it all, one thing has remained constant: My dream of owning and running my own food truck. Cooking has always been a passion of mine. I’ve spent years perfecting my recipes and dreaming of the day I can share my food with my community, bringing people together with delicious, homemade meals served with love. I’ve already started the groundwork, planning the menu, scouting locations, and researching licensing, but I’ve hit a financial wall.
