Thought4Action is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to removing the barriers that keep 5.8 billion people trapped in informality—a condition of economic and social insecurity that strips individuals of their formal existence and ability to participate in the formal ecosystem. Founded by a group of action and thought leaders, including former World Bank policymaker Elena Panaritis. We raise consciousness and awareness of this hidden but urgent crisis and advocate for "Reality Check Analysis" a proven practical solution, that has already brought millions of marginalised into the middle class. We move beyond the traditional economic development model. We empower change for lasting transformation,.

• Continue the production of our video-podcast "Reality Check with 'Elena". Expose the inconvenient truth of living in informality across the globe.

• Advocate for a shift of the economic development model - by meeting face to face with decision makers and present the results today's economic development creates on the ground when more and more people live in informality (70%+) not only in the developing world but also in the "rich" world.

• Help create a world where everyone has the opportunity to thrive - by making better known this simple yet very large problem and all the steps we make in this campaign to transform it.

• Continue story telling - we document informality's brutal reality and catastrophic impact in both global north and south. Also we document the freedom and security humans have when informality is transformed.
