Amputation expenses
Donation protected
Our daughter, Julie, had her amputation surgery on August 1st. At 41, she very young to have to endure this life changinge event. Not only is it a challenge physically and emotionally, but it a huge drain financially. Her insurance will only pay for part of her first prothestic and we know there are other medical expenses with that from grab bars for the bathroom to walkers, the list goes on and on. This does not account for the loss of wages from not being able to work.
Julie cares about eveveryoneo. She's a great mom, aunt and grandmother. She has never had much and always tried to live within her means. She did a great job aas a single mom and fought her way through many of life's challenges. This last couple of years, life has dealt her some rotten health cards. She still finds the courage to keep plugging along. She has never been one to ask for help.
Are (dad and mom) are asking for your help. I went through the exact same journey two years ago. I know how expensive it is to be able to walk again. I'm asking for help because I'm just recovering from the drain it put on my wife and I. To help ease the worry about finances we are rreaching out for your support. Whatever amount you can give would be greatly appreciated.
