Black Voice, White Noise

Hi, I'm Kwami and I've just started a theatre production company, Burstellar Productions.

I'm raising money for its first production, Black Voice, White Noise.

It's a play about two people recounting what it was like growing up mixed-race in Britain and questioning both their racial and national identity.

It's a subject that me and my partner on this project, Joanna, feel very strongly about, having never really had any books, TV, films or theatre that addressed the same subject when we were growing up.

All funds raised will be going towards the following:

Realistically, I do not expect to break-even, let alone turn a profit. The main aim is to put on a great production, get positive reviews, and grow the name of both Company and play.

In the scenario we do make a profit, it will be reinvested into the Company for future productions.
