Musicians unite against the spread of Coronavirus.
We are creating the biggest virtual performance ever seen of Primal Scream’s classic ‘Moving On Up’ to raise money for Médecins sans frontières (Doctors Without Borders) Coronavirus Crisis Appeal who are working against the spread of COVID-19.
The #64BigBandProject is a charity project by the team at SixtyFour Music aiming to raise some much needed funding for the Médecins sans frontières (Doctors Without Borders) and to raise awareness for musicians and performers who are at home with fewer opportunities to work.
Singers and musicians everywhere are coming together to perform with us and help us create an ever growing musical performance of Primal Scream’s ‘Movin’ On Up’.
We’ll post regular updates as the project progresses here on our website and across all our social media channels, along with a video of all the performers that helped make this possible.
Our first target is 50 performers. If we make 50, we’ll go for 100, if we get 100, we’ll go for 150… You get the idea.
If we can pull this off, we will be forever grateful to everyone who helped. We will do our best to raise as much money as possible as the project progresses and will endeavour to seek support from broadcasters and news outlets for maximum exposure.
