I'm a teacher at a Middle School on the East Side of St. Paul, Minnesota. It’s a Title I school, which means it can be tough for our families to afford this trip - each student gets charged almost $2000. The price includes the tour guide, a hotel (4 kids to a room), the round-trip flight, transportation within DC, admissions prices, and food. The experience is very meaningful. Our families work so hard to pay for this, but your help goes a long way in stretching limited incomes. This money will go directly toward the trip balances for our participating 8th graders and relieve some of this immense financial burden.
