Help Assist with Phan Khem’s Final Farewell

Funeral/Cremation for my loving father Phan Khem

Dear family and friends,

I am writing to you today to let you know about the loss of my sweet father, Phan Khem. We are in shock by his sudden death caused by natural causes. He was struggling with schizophrenia and depression throughout his life. He was such a loving father, grandfather, son, brother, and husband.

We are so devastated by his passing and are struggling to find the funds to cover the costs of the services.

I've started a fundraiser to collect donations for funeral/cremation/temple services.
