Donate Life (Kidney Transplant)

Hello, my name is Antwan Hunter. I am 26 years old and I have stage 4 renal disease (kidney failure) — I've had this disease since birth. At the age of 1 I had a kidney removed and received a kidney transplant at the age of 16. With support and a kidney from the late Jason Ray, I was able to live a normal teenage life, free of hospitalizations and ongoing surgeries (almost 10 years). Unfortunately all of that changed in 2016 when my transplant began to reject and rapidly fail. For the first time in my life in May 2016 I was put on dialysis, I am currently on dialysis through a fistula in my arm. During the past 6 months I've been traveling to different states to be placed on their donor lists (NJ , Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Florida).
Recently, Florida, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina and NJ have all given me great feedback — they need me to be ready to receive a kidney as soon as it becomes available, and that is where I need your help. I am unable to work due to my dialysis schedule and the exhaustive side effects from the treatments. I receive dialysis 3 times a week and am drained on a daily basis, which makes it difficult for me to raise money for transportation to and from these states for constant check ups and blood work as well as living expenses while I am there.
I am young and strong willed and with your help I can live a longer, healthier life for my family. I have 2 beautiful girls and all I want to be able to do is watch them grow into 2 beautiful women. So please, if you can help me, I would appreciate it! Help save a life — my life. Thank you!
