The Anne Shirley Theatre Company is a student-run levy group based at Trent University, dedicated to providing meaningful opportunities in the performing arts for both students and members of the broader community. We are passionate about producing high-quality, professional-level productions that celebrate creativity, collaboration, and the power of live performance.

Our mission is simple but vital: to keep artists performing, creating, and growing. For many, ASTC is more than just a theatre company – it's a safe space, a creative outlet, and a home away from home.

This year, we're dreaming bigger. We're working to expand the scale and impact of our productions, pushing our artistic boundaries and elevating the theatre experience for our audiences. But with these ambitions comes a greater financial need – one that exceeds our current budget.
