I am creating this page on behalf of my brother Alberto Hurtado. Wednesday night my niece Annaliza was severly burned in an accident. Her injuries are to her face, both hands, both heels and her tummy. We'll find out Saturday the severity of the burns. (it usually takes 72 hrs to determine)
As of yesterday evening she is stable. The Doctors are keeping her very comfortable with 3 different pain medications. She is breathing with the help of the ventilator and is getting fed through a tube. Her BP and pulse were dropping, but is doing a little better this morning. She has a fever they are continuing to monitor. Annaliza wiggled her toesies when the Nurse asked her to. She can hear us. Please say a prayer for Annaliza who is the most fearless, caring, sweet little girl you'll ever meet. She loves dogs, riding her bike, her favorite color is purple and loves to watch curious george. We're asking for any help to cover a few of the expenses my brother will have since he will be off of work as we have a long road ahead of us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
