It's with heavy hearts that we remember Amy Lynn Hudson, who passed away unexpectedly on March 24, 2024, leaving behind her devoted family - father Robert, mother Sue, sister Melissa, brother-in-law Peter, nieces June, Elliott, Lydia, Juda, and brother Erik, her partner Laura, and countless friends who cherished her dearly. She was preceded in death by her brother Lee and beloved cat Bagel.
Born on January 13th, 1986, Amy was a powerhouse both on and off the field. From her days at West Allis Central High School to becoming a successful business owner, she touched many lives with her infectious smile and witty charm. Amy was a remarkable soul who brought laughter, love, and light into our lives.
Amy's passing leaves a void in our hearts, but we are determined to honor her spirit in a way that reflects her vibrant personality. In true Amy fashion, we invite you to celebrate her life in a way that captures her essence. Wear your favorite sports jersey or something related to your shared memories with Amy. Feel free to bring photos to add to a display board, showcasing the moments that made Amy's life so special.
In our efforts to celebrate Amy's life and ease the financial burden on her loved ones, we have created this GoFundMe campaign. We are raising funds for Amy's memorial service and celebration of life, covering expenses like cremation, funeral arrangements, and the venue at the Harley Davidson Museum where we'll gather to share stories, laughter, and tears. As Amy always had a heart for giving back, any additional funds raised will be donated to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
Thank you for being a part of Amy's journey and for your love and support during this time of loss. Together, let's celebrate Amy's life, share stories that warm our hearts, and support each other as we navigate this loss. Your generosity and love are deeply appreciated.
