Alpha Boys School

We are fundraising for Alpha Boys School in Jamaica where JoJo learned his craft. Our aim is to donate all proceeds to the school in JoJo’s name. Alpha Boys School, was a residential home run by the Sisters of Mercy, a strict order of Roman Catholic nuns. Sister Mary Ignatius Davies was a jazz-loving instructor who made music an essential part of the curriculum.  JoJo remained grateful for the school that rescued him from poverty, and maintained a lifelong affection for Alpha, did fundraisers and visited occasionally throughout the years.
