Five of the Alleghany Highlands Visual and Performing Arts organizations believe unity is paramount to sustaining cultural life in their community.
The Alleghany Arts Council, the Alleghany Highlands Arts and Crafts Center, the Clifton Forge School of the Arts, Cora Dance Alleghany and The Historic Masonic Theatre are joining together on GivingTuesday, a National day of giving on November 29, 2022. All support will be split equally between the five organizations.
Each organization is unique in its offerings, from painting to performances. As we embark on a new year, we look to our patrons and supporters to be there again for us.
The last four years have caused significant financial burdens for visual and performing arts organizations worldwide. The Alleghany Highlands visual and performing arts community has been overwhelmingly supportive during these times, and we thank you.
A gift of any size, large or small, will impact the future of our community. It will also express support for the many years of effort invested by these organizations to enhance the quality of life in the Alleghany Highlands.
When Giving Tuesday has passed, the public can continue to support any of the visual or performing arts organizations in the Alleghany Highlands by attending a performance, taking a class, visiting a gallery, signing up for email notifications or donating through their websites:
