Alex Machek

Hi my name is Jennifer Gabriele and I am fundraising for my son Joey’s 17 yr old girlfriend Alex. The day before Thanksgiving Alex’s mother Nicole sadly lost her battle with cancer. She had to move out of her home in Morrisville, Pa and in with her father David in Yardley, Pa. She became very close with her father ( as did my son Joey who thought of Dave as his 2nd dad). Everything was going well, and she was coping with the loss of her mom. But on July 15 her dad was rushed to the hospital and put on a ventilator. Sadly he never woke up and was taken off the ventilator 2 days later. So now this poor girl lost both of her parents in a matter of 8 months. We have taken her into our home to help raise her along with her Uncle Jack who lives in Harrisburg and will be splitting time in both locations to help with Alex. She is a sweet, funny, beautiful smart girl with a very goal oriented future. We are throwing a beef n beer to help raise money for that future. While we would love to have everyone attend that celebration , we understand it’s not possible for some. If anyone would like to contribute instead, we have set up this Go Fund Me.
