Agafon Krukoff Jr., Funeral & Burial Costs
Donation protected
Friends and Family of Agafon Krukoff, Jr., we regret to inform you of the passing of Agafon Krukoff Jr. Agafon had courageously battled stage four cancer and did not let it take away his strength, love or demeanor. Despite how daunting and serious the battle, he stayed true to who he was and us as a person, a mighty champion for his family and the people.
The family does wish we were able to be in person with him more during his final weeks at ANMC. The staff was excellent in their care, and we were able to conference via video. Agafon's wife Diane was granted the ability to see him during his final blessed moments here on Earth.
Thank you to everyone who has reached out and has shared kind words and offered to help. We will be asking for assistance to help ensure a proper burial as possible during these uncertain times.
While we have been blessed with donations from Tanadgusix Corporation, Central Bering Sea Fisherman's Association, the Aleut Community of St Paul Island & Aleut Foundation, we are seeking funding to cover the costs of burial. These costs include burial, viewing, funeral; burial transportation costs, as well as costs related to securing a plot, as well as costs for daily internment with funeral home. This is to ensure ability to have a proper funeral after lifted Alaska travel restrictions. It is our goal to have our husband, father, grandfather be available to as many loved ones as possible. We as his family thank you for your condolences and support during this trying time.
With love and respect,
The family of beloved Agafon Krukoff, Jr. (1944-2020)
