Help create a memory after diagnosis

On June 11, 2014, at the age of 59, my husband Paul was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer and prostate cancer. He's originally from England and that's where his two sons and their families live - 4 adults and 6 grandkids in all. The first thing his sons wanted was to come and see him. The trouble is there's a giant puddle between them and us, and none of us can afford to cross it. So here I am, asking for help to bring Paul and his family together as a surprise for him. Flying his family here is the more expensive option, but since Paul will be starting chemo soon we don't have a choice. It's my silly idea to add a trip to DisneyWorld for the little ones if possible, but either way we'll hope to create a wonderful memory for us all.

Edit: Okay, there's no reason to hide this from Paul now as he was about to find out so I revealed the plan. He's blown away and very grateful. XO
