Adan Munoz & Family

Hi, My Name is Angie I’m starting this go fund me page for the Munoz family. A couple weeks ago Adan had told his mom he wasn’t feeling good after an urgent care visit Adan was immediately taken to Kaiser in Fontana where he was diagnosed with a rare Leukemia. Since then Adan has been in the hospital where he will remain for at least 6 months for treatment.

Adan has been an active athlete and is heading into his senior year of high school. At this time Mariela his mom is by his side as well as his dad as they take turns being by their sons side thru this difficult time.
