Adam Montoya Recovery Fund
Donation protected
On Tuesday, 7/31/18, our colleague and friend Adam Montoya was on his way to work when his car was hit head on by another driver. He went into cardiac arrest, and his heart stopped for over 20 minutes while emergency crews worked to remove him from the car.
He was resuscitated en route to Providence Memorial Hospital in Mission Hills, where he remains in a medically induced coma in critical condition. Whether or not he will make a full recovery is still unknown.
Adam’s charm and sweet personality made coming to work that much more enjoyable. He was always willing to assist his coworkers and would often surprise the office with morning donuts. Prior to the accident he joyfully showed off ultrasound pictures of his first child, a boy named Jace, due in October.
We are raising funds to help with Adam’s hospital expenses and the arrival of his new son. His road to recovery is going to be long and challenging and he and his family will need all of the help and support we can offer. Any donations made will be matched by Mike Green Fire and are greatly appreciated.
Thank you!!!
