I am creating this GoFundMe to support someone who has given so much of herself to others. In March of this year, our beloved Jola, a pillar in our church and our community, suffered a devastating hemorrhagic stroke. The stroke has left the entire left side of her body paralyzed. Although Jola has shown incredible determination, she is working extremely hard everyday to relearn how to walk and use her hand again. With the help of physical therapy, she is making strides, but the road to recovery will be long and challenging.

As she continues to heal and makes progress every day all those activities are so far performed at the hospital. One of the greatest obstacles in her condition and the continuation of the healing process is the mobility within her own home. To help her reclaim some independence, we are raising funds to install a stairlift that will allow her to move freely within her home and to safely move between floors.

Jola has been an inspiration to all of us throughout her life. She has dedicated her life to serving others through prayer and unconditional support. She has been a pivotal force in fundraising for the orphanages in Poland and Ukraine and all who touched her heart. She was delivering those donations herself to all places she could reach. Now it’s our turn to show her how much we care and how much we appreciate her presence in our lives and how much we want her to get better and to get her independence – simply how much she means to all of us..

Your generous donation will go directly towards a stairlift purchase, its professional installation as well as any necessary home modifications to accommodate her continuous convalescence in the comforts of her own home.

Jola przez całe swoje życie była inspiracją dla nas wszystkich. Poświęciła się służbie innym poprzez modlitwę i bezwarunkowe wsparcie. Była kluczową postacią w organizacji zbiórek na rzecz sierocińców często osobiście dostarczając dary tam, gdzie były najbardziej potrzebne. Teraz to my mamy szansę okazać jej, jak bardzo ją cenimy, jak bardzo chcemy, by wróciła do zdrowia i odzyskała niezależność — po prostu, jak wiele dla nas znaczy.
