A Sewage Disaster at Christmas Please Help.

A Sewage Type of Christmas.
Instead of waking up to gifts. I woke up to Watered Feces in my living room. The Sewage pipe line continues to be an issue for for my community; well on Christmas day the Community sewage paid me a visit. This has been the worse Christmas ever. My house flooded for 2 hours with sewage water coming out of my toilet even after we shut all supply of the water off.  We called for Emergency Assistance, and because it was Christmas they informed us that it would be a while before someone could actually come out to respond. Four homes were affected. The water got so bad I had to put on boots just to walk in my living and dining area. I was under the impression that my Renter's Insurance covered my personal property damage, but it doesn't. It only covers the property/house. All of my living room and dining room furniture has been damaged. I had a Sectional Couch that is totally destroyed. My Entertainment Center to include Electronics all destroyed. I am seeking help to at least cover the items that were damaged. I appreciate any help given. A Christmas Nightmare!!
