A Dear friend gets shocking news

My dear friend Kelley got the sadden news on April 14th that changed her life. Kelley was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia, which is a type of cancer of the blood and bone marrow with excess white blood cells. Fewer then 200,000 cases in the US per year, which makes this a rare cancer. AML progresses rapidly with Myeloid Cells interfering with the production normal white blood cells, red blood cells and platelets. Treatments include chemo therapy, other drug therapy, and steam-cell transplants.

Kelley started chemo therapy on April 18th and continues to receive treatment now. We are unsure how long or often she will under go these treatments, for now she will remain in the hospital until further news. We are asking for donations for financial relief due to this unexpected situation. All donations will help with medical co-pays, hospitization and bills.
