Please note that sadly, Rebeckah passed away on January 1st, 2025 in Colorado Springs, CO.

Please return for an update with additional details for her funeral which will be on Jan. 25th, 2025 in Niles, MI. There are significant expenses in getting her to her final resting place in Galien, MI so we appreciate EVERY one of you who have generously donated to this fund. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Rebeckah (Blake) Barringer is currently on leave from her job with Allied Universal. She was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer in May 2023. At that time, the doctors were giving her a prognosis of 4-6 months, but she NEVER accepted that as true.

As of her birthday in December of 2024, she has been valliantly fighting for 19 months, including many rounds of chemo, a Phase 2 Clinical Trial, & other treatments.

Her many faithful friends, family, co-workers, & acquaintences have been praying for her remission, & have admired her stamina & positivity through these many months of making difficult health, medical, career, & personal decisions.

Rebeckah's Family thanks everyone who have been rooting for her; as she has always rooted for & supported the many people in her work, church, & other social circles that have also walked through difficult times.

Rebeckah has been on leave so her income has been limited. As you all can imagine, she still has bills to pay...those never seem to end.

This GoFundMe has been established by request of her many co-wokers & friends who want to express their appreciation & concern for her well-being; as well as to support her as she fights this insidious disease that everyone has experienced themselves, or has a loved one who has also been stricken.

From the bottom of my heart, I am truly humbled & appreciative that so many people love & support my sister & "our Rebeckah". Thanx!
