Funeral Fundraiser Leng Tuon(64) & Rartha Leng(33)

I am deeply saddened to write these words and it’s killing me but we loss my dad Leng Tuon (64) on August 3, 2020. My dad was alone, scared, and none of us were able to see him because he was suffering from COVID pneumonia. My little brother Rartha Leng (33) was also taken from us in less than a week’s time on July 28, 2020. This pain is beyond imaginable because just like that your family can be gone.

Rartha leaves behind two beautiful children, son Jordan (11) and daughter Madison (8).

My dad Leng Tuon (64), was the epitome of the life of the party.  Ever since I could remember he always goes up on stage to perform his signature song for family celebrations and for the Cambodian Community.  

Every person who knew Rartha was touched by him, and he was a best friend to anyone he's crossed path with: from a stranger; passerby, as a son; brother, to life-long friends, as a father. You've never wanted to smile faster or hug harder than when spending time with Rartha. Rartha has made an incredible impact on the lives of so many. For his family, there was no better dad and brother, cooking up a fiesta for the family, and making everyone laugh. We ask that you give generously to support Rartha, Leng and his two surviving kids.

Supporting them helps each of us carry on their legacy through school and in life. We've created 3 milestones; an immediate one of $15K to support in of funeral arrangements, the next goal of $10K per child for a total ultimate goal of $35K. Rartha's and Leng's community wants to support this family now and forever with love and friendship, a small ask compared to the friendship and family my little brother Rartha and dad Leng shared with us.
