My sister’s daughter-Paula Dawn Dominquez (my Niece) is a beautiful woman, wife and mother of 4 children that recently was diagnosed with a rare form of Leukemia. The aggressive nature of this form of the disease takes an aggressive form chemotherapy with a minimum of 4 radical doses keeping her in hospital care for long periods at a time. This takes her and her husband away from any form of income producing activities as Vince,…her husband is now having to do both jobs of parenting while standing vigilant over his precious bride. Their home is over 50 miles from the hospital for her treatments and is a time challenge for the family for obvious reasons.
Co-pays, medical bills, mortgage payments and the daily financial needs to care for their children and home is devastating for this young family and the emotional strain and pain is indescribable.
Paula’s family is doing all they can to be there by taking shifts at the hospital, babysitting and making sure the children get to school and have some semblance of a “normal” life thru this life’s challenge.
I am so very grateful for all of those who have supported and loved her through this.
Your thoughts, prayers and generosity are appreciated beyond words.
