Stem Cells for Ava
Donation protected
Our beautiful little Ava was born with what was originally called "floppy baby syndrome." She recieved home therapies for her first 3 years and now attends Elim Christian School for children with special needs. Ava's current diagnosis is Cerebral Palsey with insidious onset, meaning the doctors have no explanation for her illness. There is no cure, but stem cell therapy has shown to have miraculous results for children with similar conditions. Stem cell therapy utilizes the body's own cells to repair damage within the body. It is very new technology, and is still considered experimental by the FDA, and therefore not covered by insurance. We have seen amazing results with other kids like her and we want to do all we can for our beautiful little girl. We have found a wonderful doctor right here in Chicago willing to treat her. The cost would be $15,000 to $20,000 for one treatment. We are asking everyone to help our little one.
