Allen vs. the Brain Tumor
Donation protected
On May 28 my Dad (Allen Burns) went to the ER with a severe headache that had hung around for a month. Two hours later he was told he had cancer - a brain tumor. The news was completing devastating. But after the initial shock, I had such a calm feeling overwhelm me - my dad would get through this. On June 5 Dad had surgery to remove the tumor. The next day he was sitting up, walking and talking to the surprise of his doctor, but the biopsy results were not good. He was told the tumor will grow back and his time is very limited.
Anyone who know me knows that I believe in remaining positive - no matter what!!
Dad has a very agressive brain tumor. He will begin chemo and radiation to help shrink what is left and help stop the tumor from growing.
There are no guarantees in life. I don't know how much time he has left. But what I do know is I will try my best and then harder than that to get him through this.
Please consider making a donation to help ease the financial burden and stress that this brain tumor has caused.
For those that believe in the power of prayer (or the power of positive energy) please send some his way.
