Please help me get my wrongly impounded car back

Hi, my name is Lucy and I’m trying to raise money to help get my car back from the German authorities. I am an exchange university student from the UK and recently brought my car to the town I’m studying in and parked my car on a free parking street where locals told me is the best place to park. Fast forward to today and I discover that my car had been taken from where I was parked for reasons I do not know. The impound service charges on average 400 euros to get the car back and as a student nearing the end of the semester, I have very little money and this financial blow would mean I have only 150 euros to live off until the start of august. I’m in a very desperate situation and am unsure where to turn as I need my car to drive home to the UK and for work once I get back. Any donations would be hugely appreciated as I am completely backed into a corner by this situation and don’t know how to get out of it, any donation would help no matter how small.
