On Tuesday, January 26, 2021, the world lost Rick Hegemier, one of the most passionate, loving, loyal, motivating and energetic human beings any of us have had the good fortune to know. Rick truly was one of a kind. He was an amazing Father, Husband, Son, Friend, Salesman and Co-worker. His personality was unforgettable! He was described by those who knew him, as irreplaceable, a leader, a coach, a teacher, and a friend, and these are just a few of the words used to describe our “Rickster”. He never let anything slip by or go half-assed. It wasn’t acceptable. For Rick, everything was a teaching opportunity and most of us never even knew it. He always led by example, although sometimes I did have to look the other way. He was the king of wise cracks, sarcasm, practical jokes and he was always the instigator. It saddens us to know we will never hear him say “Woooohoooo it’s Friday”, ever again. I have received so many text messages, emails and phone calls from Rick’s loyal customers that have reached out, asking for us to set up this Go Fund Me page in his Memory so that they could contribute to any expenses and needs his Family may incur and to express their appreciation for all that Rick had done for them in his 36+ years in our industry.
