Couple Gets Second Chances at Life
Donation protected
Lots of people need second chances and even second, second chances. I know that I have...once back in 1988 and again in 2004. My aunt and uncle pictured here have been a huge part of me finding a new career and then having a second chance at life. That's why it has been so important for me to try to return their kindness now when they have such great medical need.
After my aunt miraculously survived a brain injury in 2006, my uncle dedicated his life to taking care of her. Then, he suffered his own brush with death this past January. The two want to continue to be together, but they both require home healthcare that insurance just does not cover.
