John Patin was in a boogie boarding accident that left his eye damaged. His iris is slipping behind his pupil. If that happens he'll be irreversibly blind. He went in to receive the surgery needed and discovered the hospital required a large cash down payment before they will proceed with the surgery. John had to leave the appointment. We are now trying to raise the money he needs quickly before the damage becomes permanent. He is an iron worker, working on skyscrapers which he can not do blind. He will then lose his job as sole supporter of his family. Time is of the essence. Please help us raise the down payment John needs to help save his vision.
