Team Linden
Less than 2 weeks ago, Julia and Graham thought they were dealing with a simple case of constipation in little 6 year old Linden. Quickly, it was realized that this was a symptom of something greater going on. Through many investigations from non-invasive ultrasound, CT scans, and blood work, to surgery for biposy of unknown tumors in his tiny abdomen, he was eventually found to have Stage 4 Burkitts Lymphoma. The Bradley family now faces an intensive 6 months of inpatient chemotherapy at BC Children's hospital, the best place for him to be!! Unfortunately, they do not qualify for Ronald McDonald House as they live too close, but the drive from Pitt Meadows to Vancouver is still taxing. Gas prices are set to increase, not to mention the increased wear and tear on their vehicle. With both Graham and Julia unable to work at this stage of the game, any extra help is greatly appreciated. It isn't easy to ask for help, but if this community can help care for Graham, Julia, and 8 yr old Keira, the family can focus on Linden, his care, and his needs.
