My Once In A Lifetime Trip
Donation protected
I had a foreign exchange student in 1999. He stole my heart and took it back to Tunisia with him. He is as close to me as my Son. My Son's name is Rami. He has since married Yosr, who is now my beautiful Daughter-in-law. Yosr just gave birth to my twin Granddaughters, Aicha and Aliyah. I was hoping to be there shortly after their birth but I have to buy another expensive piece of medical equipment for my condition. You see, I have a progressive form of MS, Secondary Progressive Mulitple Sclerosis. I am bedridden and my time for traveling may be getting limited. That is why I was definitely going this year, even bringing my Caregiver. Since I am not able to go this year, I AM going next year, by hook or by crook. We do now have a year to save, which we are and will continue to do so. I am afraid our efforts may only produce enough for one airline ticket. My Physical Therapist suggested this site to me. My figuring that even with my progression of this disease, a year from now I should be able to still make this trip with my husband and my Caregiver. I just want to see my Granddaughters once in my life and get hugs from them.
