Send Manouchka to study in Europe in May

Dear Family &Friends,
I hope your enjoying the new year. I've just finished up the fall semester at Georgia State University, and I'm already thinking about what I'll be doing this summer! Over the past few months I have been considering studying abroad through the 2014 Policy Studies in Europe May-mester course. The trip is an exciting, 19-day adventure through four countries: France, Germany, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands. We will be studying the European Union, its governing institutions, economy and policies. My professors and academic advisers are very supportive of my decision and think it would be great opportunity for me to grow academically and increase my job prospects. Participating in this study abroad program will help me earn up to 3 hours of academic credit and keep me on track for graduation. I have applied for scholarships to defer the cost but as a full-time student, I need all the help I can get. Any amount you can give would be greatly appreciated. I'll be keeping a blog during my trip, so I'll email daily posts for you to enjoy Europe from the comfort of your chair (no jet lag!). Thank you for being supportive of my goals.
Sincerely,
Manouchka Boucan
