Congress of Future Medical Leaders
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Andrew D. Ryan, Jr. I am a Senior at Bertie High School in
Windsor, NC. I am being offered the
opportunity to attend the Congress of Future Medical Leaders in Washington, DC
on February 14-16, 2014.
The Congress is an honors-only program for high school students who want to become physicians or go into medical research fields. The purpose of this event is to honor, inspire, motivate and direct the top students in the country who aspire to be physicians or medical scientists, to stay true to their dream and, after the event, to provide a path, plan and resources to help them reach their goal.
During the three-day Congress, I will join students from across the country and hear Nobel Laureates and National Medal of Science Winners. In addition, as an enrolled Honoree I will be eligible for a full medical school tuition scholarship (up to $185,000), which will be awarded by the Academy using an academic contest. There will also be two $10,000 medical school scholarships awarded to second-place contestants.
This is an outstanding opportunity for me. Upon graduating from college, I plan to attend medical school and become a dentist. Please assist me in achieving one of my goals to attend this National Conference. Any donation would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely yours,
Andrew "AJ" Ryan, Jr.
