Madison's New Beginning
Backstory This is my daughter Madison with her lamb "Lucy" a Registered Tunis Ewe. 2017 was Madison's first year showing and the beginning of growing and raising a flock of sheep. She was fortunate to get a good start by being awarded a starter flock award through the Ohio Tunis Association program. Over the course of the past 10 months Madison cared for, worked with, competitively showed, continued to grow the flock and ultimately loved her flock of sheep very much. She grew the flock from an initial investment from the starter flock award of 2 ewes to a total of 14 consisting of 13 ewes and 1 ram. Why Go Fund Me you ask??? In the afternoon of December 14, 2017 our barn caught fire from an unknown faulty electrical source. ALL of her sheep perished in the fire as a result of smoke inhalation. Folks have asked how they can help and we have decided this is the best way. We were not informed about needing to have a separate rider to cover the livestock on our homeowners policy therefore we are seeking your help in donating to Madison so that she can begin again and have the funding necessary to start buying more sheep and growing a flock. Please consider donating to Madison so that she can begin again.
