Daniel helfert

This is D.J. Helfert setting this up for my father Daniel Helfert. My father was riding on his Harley may 14th 2017 in Defiance, Missouri off highway 94 just west of highway F when he was struck by an oncoming car that came into his lane and hit him head on in his left leg. He is currently in ICU at Mercy off new ballas he had to have his left leg amputated. The man left the scene and was later found and taken into custody and does not have insurance. My father has 3 car loans and a home loan, he does have some insurance but im not sure how much all of this will cost and if the insurance will covor all of the medical and the prostetic, etc etc he will not be able to work for several months, if he is able to keep his job as it is a all day on your feet kind of job, although he hopes too. So i am hoping that with how good the community has been with this, this far that those who are fortunate enough to be able to help out can come together. I am going to be doing everything i can to keep his house and vehicles during this tragedy while he cant work, and possibly if there is medical bills that insurance does not covor.
