Breast cancer surgery & reconstruction

My names Is Bess & if you know me I don't ask for help. I've been doing life on my own since I was 16. But at this time in my life I have discovered 2 days ago that I have malignant breast cancer and I need to have immediate surgery with a double mastectomy & reconstructive surgery. I'm beyond overwhelmed. My insurance of my company that I've been with for 15 years is not helping me, I'm having to cash pay everything. I can't even believe I'm having to do this but I feel like I'm at a point in my life where I have to ask for help even if it's in the most minor way, even just $5. If you know me you know my heart my life, my purpose. I volunteer my time with LVMPD(for 7 year's now) speaking to officers about mental health and suicide and how important it is to take care of your physical health and your mental health!!! And yet here I am struggling in the midst of both it's the battle of my life. If you can't donate it's totally OK but what I do ask is that you share with one person just 1 person. Pass it along. Because I've learned by being a CIT Instructor & telling my story to officer's that I've been able to change 1 person's life since and if I can have someone do that for me at this moment well I would be super grateful.
